Meet our Team

Dan was born and raised in Catskill. He grew up playing basketball, golf, and baseball throughout school. Received a Bachelor Of Science Degree from Siena College for marketing management and accounting in 1986 and has been working at the dealership since then. He is Chairman of the Upstate Ford Dealers, a member of NADA (National Auto Dealers Association) and NYSADA (New York State Auto Dealers Association. He enjoys golfing any chance he gets. Dan is a 4th generation owner of Lacy, and a active community member and advocate of all children programs in and around the area.

Nicole is a 5th generation Lacy who has been around the dealership her entire life. Starting off by shredding old files, to office work, to sales, Nicole is now the Finance & Operations Director. She has received a bachelors in journalism from SUNY Oswego and a masters in communications from Bond University, on the Gold Coast in Australia. She also coaches the Catskill Girl's JV basketball team, and gives back to the community any chance she gets. On her free time Nicole likes to travel the world and explore new places.

Troy is a 5th generation Lacy who has been around the dealership his entire life. He has received a bachelors degree in law from Utica University. Troy also has a degree from the National Auto Dealers Associations Dealer Candidate Academy. He looks forward to working with every customer, whether its service or sales. Whenever Troy gets the chance he's hunting with his lab Bruin or out on the golf course.

JC was brought up in the automobile business at his family's dealership. For over 30 years he has enjoyed making a difference in assisting folks with all their auto needs. He is very proficient with business-commercial vehicles, family transportation or just the dream vehicle. His motto is speaking, acting and treating you like family. He enjoys the outdoors with a great run with his 2 dogs, a hike or skiing. Being with his family is his greatest retreat. He looks forward to going camping, especially to York Beach Maine and the Adirondacks. He spends his day off with his grandson Carson whom he gets to blame when they get in trouble.

Jared is a long resident of Catskill who was born in Grenada Hills, CA with 24 years experience in the auto industry. He enjoys helping people solve their transportation needs and spends his free time boating, golfing, and gardening. Jared also serves the community as a Town Councilman of Catskill.

Casey O'Hara is relatively new to our sales department. He hails from the city of the hills (Oneonta, NY) and has landed here in the Catskills because he loves to ski and snowboard. When he's not too busy spending time trying to find his customers the best deal they can get, he enjoys playing his guitar and serenading the Subaru showroom with his guitar. He enjoys kicking the soccer ball around with his coworkers and his son (Julian). Everyone enjoys his witty jokes and hearing his story's from his travels throughout the world.

Marc Cramer was born in Kingston, NY and has worked at Lacy for over one year. Interacting with his fellow employees and customers is what Marc likes most about his job. When he's not at work, Marc is all about quality family time and working in his garage.
