I stopped in to test drive a used Jeep Wrangler, and it was very nice, but I didn't really love it. I walked around the lot and found a GORGEOUS 2026 Subaru Forester, and I fell in love. Jake Robinson was so helpful, he was low pressure, answered all of my questions, and set me up with the lowest interest rate, and best payment option, for my budget. He was so easy to talk to, and work with. It didn't take hours to get all the paper done, and he even took the time to walk me through all the extras my car came with, and made sure I was comfortable leaving the lot, with all the new tech this car has. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RC Lacy, and if you go, definitely ask for Jake Robinson! You won't regret it.

I found RC Lacy Ford/Subaru when was looking for a Ford Bronco Sport that had several very specific/options I wanted in the vehicle. Lacy Ford had one. I made a call to the dealership (I am from out of NY state) and right from the start you could tell that the personnel at Lacy Ford as well as my specific salesperson (Jake Robinson) were "customer oriented." Jake respectfully fielded all my questions, answered the questions he knew the answers to right away, the questions that were a bit more "service related" he told me he had to speak with his service dept and would get back to me right away-always refreshing to have someone tell you honestly he doesn't know the answer to something rather than blow smoke at you(fyi, the vehicle I wanted happened to be a Ford "Gold Certified used car). Jake got back to me within the hour with an answer to those questions. Thereafter, I test drove the car I wanted while they appraised my car for its "Trade In" value." The initial offer price (buy car price minus my trade in was OK) but since I had another car on my list I needed to check out we did not make a deal that day. I greatly appreciated the fact that Jake, nor the sales manager (Fred Hayes) were pushy in that regard (they knew I was trying to choose between car colors). In any event, once I decided on their car, I contacted the Jake at Lacy Ford again, they were amenable to some further negotiation on price/trade in value (BTW did get a solid/fair trade in price for my vehicle) and soon enough we had a deal. RC Lacy's finance dept (I dealt with Kayla) was also great/easy to work with and they got me very good loans terms and on par with anything (including USAA) I could have got elsewhere. I picked up my Bronco Sport a few days later and left t RC Lacy Ford a VERY satisfied customer. I having been buying/negotiating car purchases for me, as well as my family members and relatives, for over 40 years and RC Lacy ranks at the top of the list of the numerous dealerships I made deals with for me or my family members). I would strongly recommend you check out RC Lacy Ford if they have a car you want or a car you are thinking abut buyng.

My wife and I came in to trade up to a 2026 Subaru, We met Don Knoll in sales. He walked us thru the entire process. We're an elderly couple and his patience was most appreciated. Other fellow workers were there too to chime in on specifics and work thru every question we had. Highly recommended.

My mom recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek from RC Lacy. My mom and I visited the showroom about 3 months ago and were helped by Jake Robinson. Jake was incredibly helpful during the process. I told him that we were very early in the buying process and we were checking out other vehicles in the sub compact SUV line. He answered all of my questions. My mom was recovering from an injury and let me take a test drive. At the end, he did not give me any hard sales pitch. My mom is 83 and is confused by a lot of the technology on the new cars. When we finished researching other vehicles and she was recovered and ready to purchase, she went in on her own because ! live 100 miles away. Jake spent time and was very patient and showed her how to operate everything on the Crosstrek and then she called me with more questions. She went in 2 more times and Jake once again did the same. I recently bought a pre-owned Subaru Forester from Lacy. It was my first time doing business with them. Every aspect of my experience working with Lacy was superb. Don and JC were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with their time. They never pushed or rushed me. It was a stress-free pleasure working with them. Lacy’s inventory is large and I had many options. When I chose my Forester, Lacy prepped it to perfection. Without my asking, they also put on new tires, filters, and wipers, and checked and inspected the car. They also handled the registration, plates, and stickers. I drove off the lot with a car that looks, feels, and drives like a brand-new model. Lacy exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the sale process. Don and JC stayed in touch throughout and kept me informed. On top of that, they stayed within my budget. In the end, Lacy’s price for my model beat any of the competition’s. I can’t think of anything that was lacking in my experience. I am thrilled with my purchase and I feel very lucky. I highly recommend Don, JC, and the whole Lacy team.
